About Tammy
You may be thinking to yourself why is Tammy qualified to coach me, what does she really know about being a new agent. Well in my 20 year real estate career I changed marketplaces 3 times! Yep 3 x’s, and guess what that made me? A new agent over and over! Let me tell you I made a lot of mistakes in those 20 years and I want to share with you exactly what did not work. I also had some amazing success selling real estate working only 5 six hour days, with consistant business that just kept coming in.
I started the business when I was only 19 in Los Angeles, back then the real estate purchase contracts were only two pages! I will be sharing with you how absolutely horrible I was that the listing agent literally had to write the entire contract over for me, and the lesson I will never forgot that I want to share with you.
I have worked as an assistant, buyers agent, and full time Realtor in my 20 years. I have done and seen it all thru my own experience and the coaching of others.
I relocated to Colorado Springs in 1994 starting all over. I knew absolutely not one person there and was able to build a solid business in less than 3 years that was primarily direct referrals from my past clients and center of influence. I was terribly homesick so I moved back to LA in 2002 and started all over again leaving a business that was absolutely thriving. I thought to myself what did I do, but I was determined to succeed and to be honest struggled quite a bit until I got into a coaching program. Little did I know how crucial the personalized coaching would be both professionally and personally.
After being in the coaching program for only a month I found out that my 10 year marriage was over and now I was left having to support my 2 children. I was determined (see I use this word a lot it is a key ingredient to your success) to not change my kids atmosphere meaning that I would have to support them and really kick it up if I wanted to stay in my home.
So do you think I kicked it up? Nope I whined, cried, complained for about 3 months until my coach brought to my attention that I was running out of money and my worst fear would come true. I soon realized that I needed to make some massive changes in my habits, commitments, and more importantly taking care of myself.
I had some major changes go on with me that year that have really taking me where I am today. The growth that I have had on a personal and professional level was worth every penny I paid for coaching and more.
Call me I would love to hear where you are today and where you want to go. Lets work on this together so you get reenergized, reconnected and more importantly recommitted!
I look forward to the pleasure of speaking with you! Hugs!
